Job description

Telecom company is in search of skilled support professionals to assist our clients through various channels, including email and telephone. This shift-work position requires flexibility with working hours and your own reliable means of transportation.

Skill and knowledge requirements.

Great communication skills.
Experience in IT support.
Experience in client services.
Work well in a team.
Committed to client service excellence.
Must be in the Gauteng area.
Technical experience with the following would be a plus: DSL, 3G/LTE/5G, Fibre, email.
What you'll be responsible for.
Troubleshooting DSL, Fibre and Mobile Broadband Services, Voice Services, Web Hosting, Fixed Line Services (Installations, Faults, etc).
