Role purpose (Training will be provided)
Be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism.
Listen, understand and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Turn challenges into positive experiences by offering the best solutions.
Build strong, trusted relationships through clear and friendly communication.
Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.
Work closely with your team and team leader to deliver excellent service.
Play an important role as a brand ambassador of the company.

Requirements

Matric (essential).
12 months customer service or call centre experience (advantageous, not essential).
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Clear criminal record.
Reside in Gauteng (this role is based in Sandton).
